As a developer, you will become a central part of a cross-functional team with end-to-end responsibility – from early idea to finished product in production. You will work closely with both the product and the users, in an agile working method where collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement are a natural part of everyday life.

Here we build functionality all the way: backend, frontend, data, and integrations. The focus is on creating scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions within FinTech, where technology choices are made with both the present and the future in mind.

Technology environments used:

• Backend: Kotlin, Java

• Frontend: TypeScript, React

• Integration & data: REST APIs, SQL, event-driven flows

• Other: Microservices, modern version control and CI/CD tools

The role is located in Linköping.

Being a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent

As a senior consultant at Nexer Tech Talent, you will become part of a network of experienced specialists. You will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent and work as a consultant for our client, starting in 2026.

We will support and challenge you throughout the assignment. We also offer opportunities to participate in networking events, inspiring lectures, and social activities that strengthen your role in our consulting team. As a consultant with us, there is also the opportunity to contribute as a mentor, where you can share your knowledge and experience with more junior colleagues.

We are looking for you who:

You have a genuine interest in technology and like to take responsibility – both for your code and for the big picture. You are curious, solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment where people learn from each other and dare to try new things.

We would like you to have:

• Education in a relevant field

• Strong competence and a few years of experience in backend and preferably also frontend development

• Experience in agile, product-oriented development work

• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish
