This is a fixed-term position during the summer months.

Your Challenges
We expect you as a Spare Parts Clerk to be passionate about 100% service, customer-oriented, proactive, and have good knowledge of how a car works. You will work with warehouse management and deliver our goods via express vehicle. Sales and order processing via web and phone will also be part of your tasks.

You should be willing and able to engage in customer meetings and have the ability to give our customers that little extra that makes them return to us! You are a valued team player who finds it easy to work in a team and contribute to the whole. Taking responsibility for your work and your own performance is a prerequisite for working at MECA.

Main Responsibilities:

• Actively work with sales and order receiving
• Maintain good order and organization of goods and products
• Drive and deliver goods with a delivery van
• Assist customers with simple assembly
• Ensure that deliveries and returns from customers are received at the warehouse and processed correctly

Your Profile:

• Vehicle technical education or equivalent
• Good vehicle knowledge is preferred, experience from a workshop is highly meritorious
• Engaged, responsible, and service- and customer-focused
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented
• Good social skills to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Work experience from a similar industry is meritorious
• Computer literacy
• Category B driver's license

• Fixed-term employment during June, July, and August
• Full-time, 100%
• Start date according to agreement
• Salary according to collective agreement
