The company's vision is to become one of the leading players in Europe in health and well-being, and you will recognize several of the company's brands, e.g., Friggs, Kung Markatta, Gainomax, Swebar, and now also Risenta.
About the roleAs a Brand Manager at Midsona, you have overall responsibility for the brand's performance, positioning, and growth. You drive both strategic and operational work to ensure that the brand develops in line with business goals, consumer insights, and market dynamics. The role combines analysis, brand building, and commercial responsibility, where you are a key person in turning strategy into effective marketing activities and profitable growth.
Some concrete areas of responsibility and tasks:
- Responsible for the brand's P&L and follow up on key KPIs
- Develop and implement brand and communication plans
- Lead campaign and media planning and follow up on effectiveness
- Ensure a clear and consistent brand identity
- Drive assortment and pricing strategy in collaboration with sales
- Contribute to NPD and innovation processes
- Follow up on results and report on the brand's performance
- Manage the marketing budget and contribute to budget planning
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for effective implementation
We are looking for a person with strong drive and good judgment, who can decide when decisions should be made independently and when alignment is required. The role requires the ability to act in an environment where not all information is always complete, which means that an overly large need for control can become a limitation.
We also see that you are relationship-building and enjoy building internal networks. You have a pragmatic approach and a clear focus on implementation – you are driven by getting things done rather than getting stuck in long discussions.
Requirements:
- Experience in brand and portfolio management as well as brand communication
- Good understanding of brand development and market communication based on consumer insights
- Knowledge of the media landscape as well as experience in media strategy and media planning (including digital and social channels)
- Experience working with consumer insights as well as analysis of data and market trends
- Advanced knowledge of the Office package
- English and Swedish in speech and writing

- Experience from the FMCG industry
