What does the role involve?

As a Picker, you are responsible for ensuring the entire flow from order to packaging runs seamlessly. Your main tasks include:

• Order Picking: Pick and pack customer orders quickly and with high precision.
• Goods Receipt: Check that incoming goods match the order and meet quality standards.
• Shelf Facing: Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are clearly labeled.
• Logistics & Organization: Keep the workplace structured to maximize efficiency for the entire team.
• Collaboration: Be helpful where needed and support your colleagues in daily operations.
