We are looking for a dynamic and driven salesperson to strengthen our team and expand our presence in the market for pumps and valves. You will play a key role in identifying and creating business opportunities as well as building long-term relationships with customers within our segments: Industry, Energy, and Mining.
You can be located anywhere within the district in Southern Norrland, for example in or around Sundsvall, Gävle, Uppsala, or nearby areas.
About the Role
As a Technical Sales Representative, you take over a district with well-established customer contacts and work on both developing existing collaborations and identifying new business opportunities. The role combines technical understanding with a business-oriented and relationship-building approach, where you conduct dialogues at both technical and commercial levels and drive deals from needs analysis to closing.
The district is focused on Southern Norrland. You will work from a home office or corporate hotel, and regional division can be discussed depending on your place of residence.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Customer handling, primarily in the form of customer visits
- Responsibility for both existing and potential customers
- Creating long-term and profitable business relationships
- Technical and commercial discussions
- Follow-up of quotations and closing deals
- Handling inquiries and preparing quotations as needed
- Own budget responsibility

Your Profile
For the role of Technical Sales Representative, we are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business and wants to work closely with customers in industrial environments. As a person, you are responsible, service-oriented, and curious. You are approachable, driven, and have the ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships with both existing and potential customers. You have the ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives that you then achieve and exceed through strategic planning and execution.
- Basic understanding of the function and applications of pumps and valves
- Experience in technical sales to the industry is a strong asset
- Worked with business development, identified and developed new business opportunities
- Since travel is part of the role, a driver's license is required
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
You may have experience in technical sales, or equally likely a technical background from, for example, service, maintenance, production, or another role within the industry - combined with an interest in a more commercial and customer-facing role.
