Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at Fosforos Betongkomplement, you will gain a good insight into the entire operation and act as a link between internal contacts and external customers. The role involves responsibility for inquiries, quantity calculations, and quotations, receiving orders, and actively working with customers regarding material selection, delivery plans, and problem-solving.

In addition to extensive customer contact, you will also have significant contact with internal employees working in sales.

Examples of tasks included in the position are:

• Daily customer contact via phone and email, including associated administration
• Order processing, including order registration and any order changes
• Quotation processing based on customer data
• Handling delivery discrepancies
• Updating article information
• Management of existing and new contracts

We would prefer that you have previous experience working with products of a direct or similar nature.

Skills and Experience

• You have a high school education
• You have experience handling incoming customer contacts
• You are familiar with working in Excel
• You work well in a team and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English (German is a plus, not a requirement)

Experience with the systems TRYGG, LIME, and Qlikview is an advantage (not a requirement). We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
