In the role of a sales assistant, you will learn and develop in areas such as:

• Customer Focus and Service
  As a sales assistant, you take care of our customers and members and serve as our most important face to the public. It is a fast-paced environment, and no two days are alike.
• Sales and Cash Handling
  A significant part of the time as a sales assistant involves serving customers at the checkout. Here, we talk about both sales and food preparation, as well as vehicle rental and car washing.
• Retail and Store Operations
  When we say the tasks are varied, we mean it. The role also includes duties such as cleaning the forecourt and restrooms, as well as stocking and fronting the chilled displays. All to create a pleasant and welcoming store for our customers.

We are now looking for a new colleague for OKQ8 Höllviken.

We value your personal qualities above previous experience and education. You are a positive person who enjoys meeting new people. You like working at a fast pace and look forward to being part of a tight-knit team that solves the challenges of the workday together. Previous experience in service or sales is an advantage. A B-category driver's license is the only formal requirement.

As a casual Sales Assistant, you do not have fixed scheduled shifts but are called in when regular staff is absent. Work shifts are based on rotations and vary in length and time of day. The station is open weekdays between 05:30 - 22:00 and weekends between 07:30 - 22:00. Start date is "according to agreement".
