Responsibilities

In the role of Inside Sales Representative, you work from the office in Jönköping and have a key role in the daily collaboration between customers, outside sales representatives, and internal functions. You serve as an important commercial and technical support to the sales organization and are often the first point of contact for customers. The role is varied and combines administration, customer support, and sales, with the possibility of taking own customer responsibility in the long term.

Your main tasks include:

• Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives
• Conduct proactive sales via phone and digital meetings
• Create, follow up, and administer quotes and contracts
• Handle order placement as well as follow up deliveries and complaints
• Provide technical product and application support to customers

Travel occurs to a limited extent, approximately 10 overnight stays per year.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with many contact surfaces and who has a structured, business-minded, and solution-oriented approach. You do not need to have worked as an Inside Sales Representative before, but it is important that you have a technical interest and a desire to understand both products and customers' applications. You are motivated by creating value for customers and by working closely with sales. We believe you have experience from an administrative, coordinating, or commercial role, such as Inside Sales Representative, Project Coordinator, or similar.

• Are structured, detail-oriented, and have a commercial mindset
• We prefer that you have worked in a technical environment previously. Understanding of automation, process, or related technical areas is important for success in the role
• Have good communication skills and can collaborate with several internal and external parties
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Have experience with or interest in working in business systems and CRM
