Are you studying economics and want to develop your practical skills? Are you also a responsible person with good communication and initiative skills? We are looking for you to take on a role as an Economics Assistant for an exciting production company!
About the role
You are welcome here at a creative, talent-driven production company that develops, produces, and distributes content in various genres such as reality, drama, documentaries, and entertainment.
The headquarters is located in central Stockholm, where the finance team is based. They are now looking for a curious student who wants to take on the role of Economics Assistant and relieve the team with tasks such as supplier invoices and expense reports. In your role, you will primarily work closely with one of the colleagues in the finance team, but support is available from the entire group. Under the right conditions, there may also be opportunities to learn and work with more advanced tasks.
The position starts in August and is part-time. Working hours are primarily 09:00–17:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with some flexibility, on-site at the office. We see that you, as the applicant, have a flexible schedule and the ability to work these days in the future. During future summers, there is an opportunity to work more hours.

Responsibilities
- Handle supplier invoices (registration, coding, follow-up on approvals).
- Expense reporting (registration, coding, follow-up on approvals and missing receipts).
- Other financial and administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who
- Is studying a post-secondary education of at least 50% in economics and has at least 1.5 years of studies remaining.
- Has a basic understanding and interest in accounting.
- Has experience working in Excel: able to handle large data sets in Excel by sorting, filtering, and summing, and preferably has knowledge of simple formulas.
- Is system-savvy and picks up new systems easily.
- We consider it meritorious if you have previous experience working with supplier invoices, expense reporting, and ongoing accounting.
