About the role

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to take on an exciting challenge as a Stock Accounting Assistant. In this role, you have a central responsibility for communication between depot staff, transport companies, and internal departments such as finance and sales. Your contribution will be crucial in creating smooth workflows and efficient collaboration across departmental boundaries. You are responsible for ensuring correct reporting of volumes and transactions at St1's depots, which includes collecting and reviewing daily volume withdrawals, ensuring correct booking and invoicing, as well as handling discrepancies, claims, and updating master data.

St1 offers a dynamic work environment in modern and open premises at Bromma Blocks. You will be part of a team with six colleagues in Stockholm, while also collaborating closely with your nearest manager and another colleague based in Gothenburg. The role involves many social contacts and close collaboration with colleagues in both Sweden and Norway.

Key responsibilities

• Daily volume reconciliation at St1 depots
• Ensuring all transactions are booked correctly in the systems
• Handling discrepancies and claims
• Maintenance of master data
• Contributing to improving, standardizing, and streamlining processes and systems
• Monthly reporting

We are looking for someone who

• Graduates in June 2026, or has completed a university or vocational higher education program in economics or logistics
• Has experience handling and processing large amounts of data and information
• Has good knowledge of Excel, specifically pivot tables
• Has fluent Swedish and English skills in both speech and writing
