YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

As a floating receptionist, you assist our clients during temporary needs and peak workloads, giving you broad industry experience and the chance to try working in a variety of different workplaces. Our clients operate in numerous industries, so you can staff assignments ranging from a newly started design company to a successful law firm. In this role, you get a fantastic opportunity to build your CV, get inspired by different industries, and establish a valuable network.

YOUR ROLE

Your tasks will fall within office services and may include, for example:

• Receiving visitors in the reception
• Switchboard, phone, and email handling
• Preparing for meetings/events and ordering lunches and coffee breaks
• Mail and courier handling
• Ensuring kitchens and office areas are clean and welcoming
• Contact with suppliers
• Administrative tasks

As a floating receptionist, you have both scheduled fixed hours, but are also ready to step in and help our clients with shorter notice when the need arises.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You want to gain valuable work experience in office services.
• You have previous experience in service, for example from retail or hospitality.
• It is an advantage if you have previously studied or worked abroad.
• You are unpretentious, flexible, and solution-oriented.
• You live by the motto that nothing is impossible!
• You thrive working at a fast pace with varied tasks.
• You strive to always do that little extra.
• You have a curious mind and good social skills to quickly adapt to new situations and tasks.
• You can speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
• You have a high school education.
