Since our launch in 2014, Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, a central part of Northern Europe's leading media group Bonnier News AB, has undergone significant expansion, marking our importance within the industry. We have grown from an office with five employees to nearly 100 salespeople today, distributed across our offices in Västerås, Norrköping, Örebro, and Eskilstuna. Our vision is to become the leading sales organization within the entire Bonnier Group, and with total sales of 151 million in 2025, nothing can stop us!

As a corporate salesperson at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, you have the opportunity to influence your own salary through an unlimited commission model and a guaranteed monthly salary. You will receive training in modern sales techniques from our experienced sales coaches and sales managers, who have over 10 years of experience in the industry. About the Role

As a salesperson at Bonnier, you work Monday–Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Fridays from 08:00 to 15:45. You start your work week together with your colleagues at our office in the heart of central Västerås. The day begins with a joint kick-off where we review the week's and day's goals. You will then daily speak with entrepreneurs in Sweden's business sector via phone and offer them subscriptions to some of Sweden's leading business magazines, such as Dagens Medicin, Privata Affärer, and Byggindustrin, to name a few. The workday alternates between sales, coaching sales meetings, personal studies of the product you sell, and fun activities and sales competitions. Who Are You?

You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where high tempo, positive energy, and strong collegial collaboration go hand in hand with good sales results. You are a communicative and persuasive telephone salesperson with the ability to express yourself clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Through active listening and understanding of the customer's needs, you can tailor solutions that truly add value.

As a person, you are goal-oriented and driven, striving not only to meet but also to exceed set targets. Your persistence and willingness to work ensure that you always stay focused and see to it that tasks are solved efficiently without giving up. You are meticulous and organized, which means you always deliver quality in your work, and you handle stressful situations in a calm and stable manner.

Qualifications

  • Good ability to communicate and interact with customers via phone and email/writing.
  • Fluent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales is an asset.
  • Experience in sales within the media industry is an asset.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period. The salary is based on a guaranteed salary and commission.

You will belong to Bonnier News Inhouse Sales. You will report to the sales manager, and together we sit in the "VLT House" at Slottsgatan 27 in central Västerås.
