About the role

As a refrigeration technician with us, you will work both operationally and long-term with our cooling systems. You are responsible for everything from preventive and corrective maintenance to troubleshooting, repairs, and optimization of the facilities.

You will work in modern technical environments, together with knowledgeable colleagues, where knowledge exchange, structure, and safety are a natural part of everyday life. The role offers room to deepen your technical competence over time and contribute to improvements in operations.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Inspection, maintenance, repair, and periodic leak detection of refrigeration units.
• Scheduled maintenance such as troubleshooting, filter changes, and corrective actions.
• Assisting with documentation and reporting to authorities.

Who are you?

We are looking for a secure and experienced refrigeration technician who takes responsibility for your work and appreciates order, quality, and collaboration. You are solution-oriented, have an eye for operational reliability, and thrive in an environment where you work closely with both colleagues and the client.

You are service-oriented without compromising on technology, communicate clearly, and function well in teams where you support each other in daily work.

We expect you to have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a refrigeration technician, with good experience of service, repair, and troubleshooting
• Refrigeration certificate, category 1
• Class B driver's license
• Good computer skills and experience of working with digital tools in daily life
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to be able to work safely and follow regulations

Experience with pressure testing is an asset.

About the position

• Employment type: Permanent employment
• Employment rate: Full-time 100%
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00
• Workplace: Trollhättan
• Start date: As agreed
• Probation period: 6 months

The role is placed in a security class, and a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be carried out before employment.
