About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Security Interviewer. This is a part-time position starting immediately, designed to run long-term alongside your studies. This is a perfect opportunity for students in HR, psychology, or behavioral sciences to apply their knowledge in practice through a merit-building part-time job alongside their post-secondary education.

Our client will be closed for operations during weeks 29–31, meaning no work will be performed during this period. Demand is generally lower during the summer months, allowing you to easily take on another summer job during this time. The role is long-term and involves part-time work during the academic terms, parallel to your studies.

Responsibilities

The assignment begins with comprehensive training on security clearance procedures and how to assess a candidate's reliability. The work will primarily be conducted digitally, and you will be able to manage your own availability in a booking system. You will conduct both initial security clearance interviews (3 hours) and follow-up security clearance interviews (1.5 hours). To be considered for the role, you must be available for a full-day training session on May 6th and a half-day session on May 7th. You are expected to be available for approximately 6–8 interviews per week (approx. 8–10 hours/week) during the academic terms.

As a Security Interviewer, you will:

  • Schedule and document security clearance interviews
  • Conduct initial and follow-up security clearance interviews digitally
  • Assess candidates' reliability, loyalty, and vulnerabilities

We are looking for you who

  • Are studying at a post-secondary level in HR, behavioral sciences, psychology, or sociology, with at least 2 years of studies remaining
  • Are available for training on May 6th and May 7th
  • Have good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite
  • Have excellent skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, as these are used in daily work
  • Enjoy working in a structured manner focused solely on interviews and post-documentation
  • Have good administrative experience

It is an asset if you:

  • Have previous experience with investigative interviews or security clearance interviews

For this role, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is trustworthy, attentive, analytical, and relationship-oriented. You are social, curious, and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. You are confident in yourself and have a good habit of leading conversations in a structured and professional manner. Furthermore, you are meticulous and structured, as the documentation requires a high level of detail.

Our Recruitment Process

We conduct continuous selection and will remove the advertisement once enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test.
