We are now looking for an IT Support Technician to join our client's IT support team within Operations, a key role in an organization with approximately 450 users and continued growth.

About the role:
As an IT Support Technician, you will become a central part of our client's IT support function. You will work closely with the business and be responsible for resolving cases from start to finish. The role involves both operational work and the opportunity to contribute to structure, quality, and improvements in the team's working methods.
The environment is varied and includes both office settings as well as warehouse and production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide user support and troubleshoot client- and application-related issues
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and changes to user accounts
• Work with account management, licenses, and master data
• Work in ticketing systems and document solutions
• Collaborate with IT specialists in infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud
• Manage clients, computer deployment, and workplace-related IT
• Work in a Microsoft environment (Azure, Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, VPN)

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support
• Experience with Windows and client environments
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience with Active Directory and user management
• Understanding of ITIL and ticket management
• Experience in troubleshooting and user support
• Good skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Advantageous:

• Experience with Intune
• Knowledge of Azure and cloud services
• Experience with Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive
• Basic networking knowledge
• Experience with automation or Power Platform
