Casator Care AB

Safe and secure care, treatment, rehabilitation, housing with special services (SoL), and investigation.

Casator Care is a smaller healthcare group with three operations in Kalmar and Ålem.

We work to strengthen and promote the situation of children and adults through engagement, responsiveness, and respect – our shared core values.

About the Operations

At Villa Lindö Investigation & Services, we work on behalf of the social services with children aged 0–16, their parents, and expectant parents.

We investigate and map children's needs and parents' capacity according to BBIC (Children's Needs in Focus). The work is carried out in interdisciplinary teams consisting of social workers, behavioral scientists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.

At Villa Lindö Treatment Home, we work with children aged 0–15, their parents, and pregnant women.

We offer treatment and support for psychiatric, psychosocial, or substance abuse-related issues. Our main clients are the Social Services and the Prison and Probation Service.

About the Role

We are currently looking for hourly substitutes and vacation substitutes.

As a substitute with us, you will get a varied, meaningful, and educational job where you contribute to security and stability for the families living with us.

You will work in close collaboration with our contact persons, investigators, and coordinators, participating in the daily work surrounding the families.

The position also includes practical tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and creating structure and well-being in everyday life.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of post-secondary education in social work, behavioral science, or social pedagogy (e.g., a 2-year vocational college education or at least 120 ECTS credits in a corresponding field).
  • Experience working with substance abuse, trauma, or functional variations.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation: SoL (Social Services Act), LVU (Care of Young Persons Act).
  • Good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Good computer skills and experience with documentation.

Other:

  • A Class B driver's license is required for both day and night shifts.
  • Great importance is placed on personal suitability, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Employment Conditions

  • Employment Type: Hourly contract.
  • Working Hours: Day, evening, weekend, sleeping on-call, or awake night shifts (scheduled).
  • Start Date: By agreement.
