About the Role:

We are looking for an engaged individual who shares our vision and strives to be part of the change in people's lives. You will work both independently and in a team, where ideas are shared to improve and disseminate knowledge throughout the entire team. You should have experience with documentation and a passion for coaching participants who strive to reach education or employment.

We prefer that you have academic qualifications equivalent to:

Alternative 1:

  • One year of post-secondary education.
  • At least three years of full-time work experience in areas such as team leadership with personnel responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, career counseling, handling personnel matters (not solely personnel administration), work with labor market issues, and work with social and group psychology.

Alternative 2:

  • Completed higher education comprising at least 180 ECTS credits (120 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent from a vocational college.
  • At least two years of full-time work experience, including part-time work where the total working time corresponds to full-time over two years.

It is an asset if you are multilingual, and you should have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Information:

We conduct interviews continuously, and the position will be filled as soon as we find the suitable candidate. The position is part-time and the workplace is located in Hallonbergen.
