Randstad Digital is establishing itself as a powerful partner in digital transformation on the Swedish market. Now, we are stepping up. We are looking for a business-driven Client Manager who wants to lead our continued expansion and turn market potential into long-term success through customer-oriented solution selling.

The Role as a Growth Engine

As a Client Manager with us, you will step into an expansive phase where your main focus is to accelerate our growth. You are responsible for identifying, cultivating, and developing strategic business opportunities with both new and existing customers.

We have already laid the foundation and have a strong offering – your task is to package this in a way that creates indispensable value for our customers. You will work to sell our entire portfolio of consulting solutions within: Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, Digital & Product Engineering, as well as Cloud & Infrastructure. By combining your deep understanding of the customer's challenges with our global delivery models, you will build partnerships that last.

Who are you?

We are looking for a sales profile who loves "the thrill of the chase" but also possesses the patience and finesse required to deliver complex solution selling. You are driven to exceed targets and see opportunities where others see obstacles.

To succeed and thrive, we see that you have:

  • Solid experience in IT sales: You have previously successfully sold consulting services or digital solutions and have a full grasp of B2B buying processes.

  • A strategic mindset: You don't just sell hours; you sell transformation and business value at the executive level.

  • A strong network: You have an established track record and contacts within the Swedish business community that allow you to quickly open the right doors.

  • Team spirit and drive: You are an independent "hunter" but understand that the biggest deals are won through close collaboration with our talent managers and leadership.

  • Communication skills: You are a skilled negotiator and relationship builder who moves effortlessly between Swedish and English. You have excellent skills in both languages, both spoken and written, and can easily present complex solutions to decision-makers on both the local and international stages.

Location and Scope

The position is full-time, permanent. You will be based at our office in Gothenburg, with the possibility to work partially from home.
