Borga is expanding its team and is looking for an additional Project Manager.

Imagine standing in front of a building, knowing that you have managed the entire process, from the first customer meeting to the final delivery. That you have maintained dialogue with the customer, coordinated the factory, managed procurement, and ensured everything runs smoothly along the way.

YOUR DAY TO DAY As a Project Manager at Borga, you are the hub of our projects. You take over when sales hands over and are responsible for the whole, including planning, coordination, and follow-up. In practice, this means, among other things, that you:

• Are the customer's primary contact person and ensure they feel secure throughout the process

• Handle procurement and orders, including from our engineering and assembly departments

• Maintain close contact with our factories in Sweden and Poland where we manufacture frames and sheet metal

• Keep the schedule, budget, deliveries, and quality on track

• Are responsible for administration and documentation, including the KMA package

The work is varied; some days you are out with the customer or on-site at the project, while other days you manage everything from the office.

WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for someone with experience in project management within construction or a related field who wants to take the next step in an environment where responsibility and development go hand in hand. Perhaps you have a technical construction background as a vocational engineer or higher, but most importantly, you must be confident in the role of a Project Manager and accustomed to working with both the big picture and details.

We believe you are a person who:

• Thrives in a broad role involving customer contact, technology, and administration

• Is communicative, structured, and solution-oriented

• Has experience building long-term relationships and creating trust

• Considers Swedish and English a natural part of both speech and writing

• Has a B driver's license and good PC skills
