Talent Acquisition Specialist – Build Relationships, Stay Ahead, and Drive Business Forward

ValueOne is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our office in Uppsala. In this role, you will work closely with the regional manager and our clients to identify, attract, and match the right interim consultants to assignments within supply chain, procurement, and logistics.

This role is for you if you enjoy staying one step ahead, connecting with strong profiles in the market, and quickly understanding what is required to find the right person for the right assignment. You will become a vital part of our delivery and play a central role in building and developing our network of qualified consultants.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ValueOne, you will primarily focus on search, candidate dialogue, and conducting candidate interviews related to interim solutions. The assignments are often business-critical, with high demands for speed and accuracy.

You will work to map the market, identify relevant profiles, contact consultants, and assess matching against current client needs. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in recruitment and consulting, where you contribute to securing both quality and speed in delivery.

This is a business-oriented and outward-facing position where your ability to search for, engage, and build relationships with the right people will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and develop long-term relationships with consultants in our network
• Search for and identify relevant interim consultants within procurement, logistics, and supply chain
• Work proactively with search via LinkedIn, databases, networks, and other channels
• Create engaging job advertisements that attract the right candidates to our assignments
• Make first contact with profiles and consultants to spark interest and create dialogue
• Interview and qualify candidates based on client needs, requirements, and the nature of the assignment
• Contribute market insights regarding candidate availability, supply, and competition
• Collaborate closely with colleagues on ongoing placements and deliveries

You do not need to come from the exact same industry, but you need experience in recruitment, staffing, or consulting. Experience with specialist roles or qualified professional roles is a plus.

To Succeed in the Role, We Prefer That You Have

• Experience in recruitment or placement of interim consultants, preferably within supply chain
• Experience working with recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar search tools
• Ability to quickly understand requirement profiles and translate them into accurate search
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
• A structured working style and the ability to handle multiple processes in parallel
• Interest in people, business, and the competence market
• Relevant post-secondary education in HR, technology, economics, or a related field is desirable
• It is an advantage if you have personal experience working within supply chain, procurement, and logistics
