We at Randstad are now looking for concrete workers for our well-known client in Uddevalla.

Your Employment and Career Path

You will be employed as a consultant via Randstad and work on-site at our client's premises. Working hours are during the day, 07:00–16:00.

This assignment offers you a unique opportunity to eventually obtain a permanent position with the client company. The assignment is initially part of our temporary staffing business, but for the right person with the right attitude and performance, there are good chances for recruitment after a period of time.

Responsibilities

As a concrete worker, you will be part of a work team where collaboration and communication are success factors, although independent work also occurs.

Your main tasks include:

• Manufacturing concrete products according to drawings and in finished molds.
• Active participation in production carried out at a high pace.
• Physical work where you enjoy working with your body (even if heavy lifting does not necessarily occur).

You are expected to thrive in a high-pace environment and not be afraid to get to work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience/knowledge from the manufacturing industry. (Required)
• Has high work ethic and great engagement/willingness. (Required)
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently. (Required)
• Thrives in a work environment with physical work and good team spirit.
• Is a team player who enjoys doing the rough work, is responsive, flexible, and patient.
• Has a positive attitude, is self-reliant, and is meticulous with times and safety.
• Can look beyond the immediate task, see the bigger picture, and be proactive in your work.
• Has good collaboration skills, as the role may involve many contacts.

Merits:

• Knowledge of reading blueprints.
• Holder of a Traverskort (forklift license).
