Apoteket Storgatan is centrally located by the square in Olofström, with the transport hub right next door and close to both private and regional health centers. We have many loyal regular customers, especially older ones, who appreciate personal service and long-term relationships.

We are a small, personal, and community-focused pharmacy where the pharmacist's competence is at the center. The business is in a development phase, which gives you the opportunity to take clear responsibility and actively contribute to how both working methods and daily life are shaped moving forward.

Olofström is known for its strong industrial life and its unique proximity to nature, with forests, lakes, and outdoor activities right on your doorstep. At the same time, there is an active association life in both sports and culture. Working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-17:00, Saturdays 09:00-13:00.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you are responsible for counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and you take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

We are looking for a pharmacist on a full-time basis, or alternatively two people on a part-time basis, who want to take an active and responsible role in the pharmacy's daily life. The role is broad and varied, with great scope for independent work and own initiatives.

For those with the right prerequisites, there is an opportunity to take extended responsibility, for example as a Local Manager (LMA), Pharmacy Manager, and/or Merchandise Manager. You enjoy responsibility, are flexible and energetic, and feel secure working independently, even as the sole pharmacist when the business requires it.

• Provide professional counseling and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our assortment and campaigns to give customers the best possible help.

• Contribute with ideas and initiatives to develop both the daily work routine and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist (Receptarie or Apotekare) with a clear interest in people, health, and medicines.
