We are looking for a veterinarian interested in developing skills in surgery and orthopedics

We are seeking a veterinarian who wishes to further develop their expertise in surgery and preferably also in orthopedics. You should have already made some progress in this area and have a strong desire to continue developing here, with the long-term goal of taking significant responsibility for the clinic's patients in this field. Long-term commitment is important to us. We have an excellent reputation, and Mikael, our surgeon and orthopedist, has extensive experience and is skilled at teaching. Internal training with him is included in the position. For the right person, this is a fantastic opportunity for professional growth.

About Us

Our clinic has a staff of nearly 20 people, and we score very highly in our employee surveys. As a result of this, we also have very high customer satisfaction and fantastic pet owners who give us so much love back on a daily basis. We perform everything from routine care to advanced surgery, dentistry, and medical diagnostics, so we rarely need to refer patients elsewhere. The equipment level at the clinic is very high, and our veterinarians are almost always accompanied by veterinary nurses.

The person who gets the job with us must be easy to collaborate with, adaptable, and appreciate working in a team without ego. Naturally, you must also be skilled in communication. Here, everyone helps each other with the work at hand. We also work with behavioral profiling, which ensures our staff has a good understanding of both themselves and their colleagues.

For nearly three years, we have been part of Svenska Veterinärgruppen, a larger association of veterinary clinics and animal hospitals across Sweden. We collaborate between clinics and help each other with everything from professional advice to further education. Additional Information

The position involves daytime work on weekdays, full-time or part-time, and includes on-call duties. Let's discuss if you have your own suggestions. We do not have night on-call duty; we close at 10 PM. During our on-call periods, we usually have a backup on-call person, and there are always colleagues to ask and discuss your cases with, so you are never left entirely alone.
