We are now looking for a secure, engaged, and development-oriented Medicinally Responsible for Rehabilitation (MAR). The position is newly established due to new legal requirements and is organizationally placed directly under the Director of Social Services. The role involves close and continuous collaboration with the Medically Responsible Nurse (MAS). The position is full-time, where part of the duties consist of the role as MAR, while the remaining part involves support at a general level within the administration. Since the role is new, the content of the assignment will be shaped and developed over time.
About the role
As the Medicinally Responsible for Rehabilitation (MAR), you have overall responsibility for quality and safety within the rehabilitation area in our operations. You are a key person in strategic quality work and contribute to ensuring our patients receive good, safe, and evidence-based rehabilitation.
The position involves close collaboration with management, operations, and other professions within healthcare, care, and public administration.
Your responsibilities
- Be responsible for quality and patient safety within the rehabilitation area in accordance with current legislation.
- Develop, follow up on, and improve routines, guidelines, and working methods.
- Drive and develop systematic quality work and improvement processes.
- Plan, implement, and follow up on self-inspections, and analyze results as a basis for operational development.
- Plan and ensure the quality of training initiatives, and contribute to competence development within the organization.
- Initiate and conduct investigations regarding deviations and risks.
- Support managers and operations in rehabilitation matters.
- Monitor the external environment and contribute to the development of future rehabilitation.
- Collaborate internally and externally with the region, other municipalities, and authorities.

Your profile
- Are a licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist.
- Have several years of experience within rehabilitation, preferably from municipal operations.
- Have good knowledge of healthcare legislation.
- Have experience in quality and development work.
- Are confident in working independently and driving change.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Good digital competence and experience with operational systems.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience in leadership or strategic work.
- Experience in education and supervision.
- Experience in deviation management and quality follow-up.
