Ekan is the municipality's smallest special housing facility, consisting of eight apartments, creating a calm, secure, and family-like environment for both residents and staff. The facility is located on the ground floor and offers pleasant common areas that promote social interaction and community in daily life.

From the kitchen, there is direct access to an outdoor area used for activities, outdoor visits, and pleasant moments together. Ekan is adapted for individuals with extensive care and nursing needs, where we work person-centered with the resident's security, participation, and quality of life in focus.

We are looking for you who are engaged, responsible, and have a genuine interest in working with older people. You thrive in team collaboration, have a good attitude towards others, and want to help create a meaningful daily life for our residents. Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the residents and contribute to high-quality care in a small and welcoming operation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support in daily life.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of care and support measures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and nurses to ensure good care quality.
• Document and report in accordance with current routines.

Qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education or other relevant education within healthcare and social care.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Good teamwork skills and an empathetic approach.
• Ability to adapt your working method and work person-centered based on each care recipient's needs.

The current temporary position includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. Within the role, you may need to work at other locations based on your area of expertise.

Start date: September 1st or as agreed. The temporary position extends until 2028-01-31, but no longer than the regular employee's absence.
