As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring that store shelves are always well-stocked and that products are displayed in a sales-oriented manner. Your main tasks include:

• Restocking and maintenance of goods, e.g., confectionery (loose and packaged)
• Checking signage and re-merchandising when necessary
• Ordering goods and following up on stock status
• Contacting store staff and ensuring the store's needs are met
• Working independently in stores and potentially visiting multiple stores in one day

In this role, freedom with responsibility is important - you plan and carry out your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work during summer weeks 28, 29, 30 & 31. The position is approximately 12h/week with working days on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

To thrive in this role, we expect you to:

• Have an interest in the grocery retail industry and enjoy physically active work
• Be solution-oriented, communicative, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working independently and changing environments during the workday
• Be an early riser - we start the workdays early in the morning
• Have a valid driver's license and access to your own car (requirement) as you will be visiting stores in Ljungby, Älmhult, Olofström, Karlshamn, Tingsryd, and Moheda
