What does the job as a nurse at Norlandia Äldreomsorg entail?

As a nurse within Norlandia Äldreomsorg, you are a valuable key person responsible for ensuring that the health and medical care needs of our residents are met. An important part of the work is also to support, mentor, and educate other care staff and to be a good role model for your colleagues.

You work with care in everything you do, with great personal responsibility, and have the ability to prioritize and lead others even under changing circumstances. Flexibility and collegial cooperation are of great importance in the assignment.

About Haga Äng elderly care facility

Haga Äng's care and nursing home is located in Malmaberg and is a facility for people with dementia. There are also a number of places for older people with a mental disability. There are a total of 62 apartments. The facility is close to bus stops, walking trails, green areas, shops, and restaurants.

As a nurse in elderly care, you get the opportunity to take great personal responsibility, which requires both professional competence, prioritization ability, and flexibility.

• We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse.
• It is an asset if you have previous experience as a nurse in elderly care.
• There is a requirement for good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• We prefer that you have good computer skills and system knowledge.

Start date: June, July, and August 2026

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the last application date. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal register. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
