You will also serve as a contact person for individual clients, clarifying and driving the work around these clients in collaboration with the facility manager and your colleagues. An important part of your work will be to strive for a positive and safe environment for the clients and to be involved in the work to continuously develop and improve the facility.
Your assignment includes:
Together with your colleagues, ensure that all clients receive the support and measures the facility is intended to provide so that they can progress in their development.
Regular meetings with clients within the framework of your role as a contact person, and together with the client, establish, follow up on, and revise implementation plans, and ensure that decided measures are carried out.
Documentation including medical records, implementation plans, and reporting to the placing authority.
Medication management on delegation from a nurse.
All tasks related to the practical work around the facility's daily functioning and maintenance.
The position involves work during the day, evening, night, and weekends, as well as some on-call duty.
Who are you?
Social pedagogue, social worker, treatment pedagogue, behavioral scientist, or another completed post-secondary education deemed equivalent by the employer. You can also be a qualified assistant nurse with supplementary training and 5 years of experience working with the same target group as we have.
We prefer that you have experience in treatment work.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills as documentation is extensive.
Class B driver's license for manual transmission.
As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and reliable. In this role, it is important that you show great empathy while also having the ability to set boundaries when necessary. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, so you must have good communication and collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Prior to employment, an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register must be submitted.
