We are currently looking for a new colleague for our store. We want you to have good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, see the customer's needs, and with pride and joy deliver the industry's best customer service.

As a person, you are creative, willing to come up with suggestions and ideas, and find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the engagement to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to constantly develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

You will be working with all tasks commonly found in a store, for example;

• Working at the checkout
• Restocking shelves and facing products
• Building displays on sales floors and end-caps
• Working with physical inventory and waste reduction
• Working with self-inspections
• Keeping the store clean and tidy

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You find it easy to build long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy their shopping. You enjoy being on the move and physical work. Working in a store offers you a varied job with an occasionally high tempo, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience working in the grocery trade is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is at least as important to us at Coop.

The position is a permanent employment of 18 hours/week. Start date is May 4th or by agreement. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the final application date. We apply a probationary period. Working hours vary and include day, evening, and weekend shifts.
