We are currently looking for customer service representatives who are passionate about delivering first-class service while contributing to our client's business success. Our client is an established tech company with a strong customer focus, where quality, service, and customer experience are at the heart of everything.
About the Role
Handle incoming calls and emails from corporate clients
Provide clear and professional support within the client's systems
Escalate cases to the 2nd line when necessary
Identify customer needs and contribute improvement suggestions internally
About You
We prefer candidates with experience in some form of customer service and communication. You have a good ability to guide customers in a pedagogical way. Since you will have daily contact with customers, your sense of going the extra mile is very important.
You are communicative and value collaboration. Furthermore, we believe you are solution-oriented and view challenges positively. You must also be comfortable with English, both spoken and written. To thrive in this role, you should have good computer skills, enjoy problem-solving, and ideally have good computer literacy and find it easy to learn new systems.
Requirements
Experienced in service-oriented work via phone and digital systems.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Merits
Experience in technical customer service and administration.

Start Date and Scope
This is a consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by Hero for the assignment, initially for six months, with a good chance of permanent recruitment by the client. The start date is immediate.
