The Assistance Company is the market leader in roadside assistance insurance with over 300,000 customers in Sweden and its own nationwide recovery organization. As we grow, we are now looking for inside sales representatives for our customer service department. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an inside sales representative, you will sell insurance policies and services to our existing customers and assist with invoice inquiries, insurance questions, and similar matters. All sales are conducted via telephone and focus on inbound calls. Your task is to deliver the best customer experience to every customer in every call.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone with high social competence, who finds it easy to build trusting relationships, enjoys working independently, is results-oriented, goal-driven, and competitive. Previous experience in service and sales is an asset for this position.

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Have a genuine interest and experience in sales, advisory services, and customer satisfaction via telephone.
  • Be a flexible team player and an ambitious problem solver.
  • Have good computer skills and enjoy working with the telephone as your primary tool.
  • Enjoy customer contact and be able to easily adapt your approach to different customers' needs; you lead conversations in a goal-oriented manner and maintain a high customer focus.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly contract.

Office hours.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
Hourly contract, approximately 50–75%.

As soon as possible or by agreement.

LOCATION
Top floor of the Prisma building, a stone's throw from Helsingborg Central Station.
