About Viljan Sävik Treatment Center
Sävik Treatment Center was established in 1994 and is today an HVB (specialized residential care) offering treatment to men aged 18 to 55 with issues regarding substance abuse/addiction, criminality, and mental health. The center offers 24-hour care and is an "open" treatment facility where clients choose to seek help voluntarily. At Sävik, therapists, nurses, doctors, and treatment assistants work together for the client's best interest. Our method is CBT-based treatment with the goal of raising the client's functional level. The treatment is evidence-based and adapted to the latest requirements and recommendations from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

About the Role: Casual Staff/Treatment Assistant
We are looking for someone who wants to be a valuable and available resource when our regular staff is not on site. We expect you to have a professional and empathetic approach with a good ability for clear and direct communication. You should be computer literate and comfortable with documentation. We work with engagement in everything surrounding our clients. You are calm, stable, and have good teamwork skills.

Qualifications

  • High school education
  • Driver's license (Class B)
  • Good Swedish in speech and writing
  • Merits if you have:
  • Experience working in addiction care
  • Experience working in probation services/criminal justice
  • Education in motivational interviewing
  • We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Terms of Employment
Role: Treatment Assistant / Casual Staff
Employment Type: Varying day/evening/night shifts
Working Hours: Varying
Start Date: By agreement
Collective Agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
