At Tre's technology department, we are around 300 people. Within the department is the Common Platforms team, which currently consists of 11 people. We develop applications that support a fast, scalable, and future-proof mobile network. Now we are looking for a full-stack developer with a clear backend focus who wants to help develop new applications.

About the role

As a full-stack developer with us, you will build applications that simplify and streamline the work of operating and developing the mobile network, ensuring it scales with future requirements.

You will work together with the team's developers and architects and take responsibility for maintaining, improving, and developing new Java-based applications in the backend. You will also contribute to frontend development when needed, and if necessary, to improvements in CI/CD.

More about you

You are curious, business-oriented, and quickly see the value of what you develop. You take responsibility, work proactively, and are happy to go the extra mile for both colleagues and the big picture. Since the role involves many points of contact, you are communicative and confident in dialogue with both technical and business stakeholders.

You have several years of experience in full-stack development with a clear focus on backend. You are skilled in Java and Node, accustomed to agile working methods, and confident in CI/CD environments. You use Copilot or similar LLM tools and view AI support as a natural part of modern development. Experience with technical modernizations, microservices, or platform migrations is highly desirable. Knowledge in telecom, data modeling, Kubernetes/containerization, or Golang is also a plus.
