We at Karlshamn Small Animal Clinic are looking for a new colleague!

We are a medium-sized, privately owned veterinary clinic in Karlshamn – a city of just the right size in the heart of Blekinge. Here you will find a university college, historic cultural quarters, and close proximity to nature, with beautiful archipelagos and vast beech forests.

Currently, four veterinarians and six veterinary nurses work at our clinic, but we feel the need for one more veterinarian! Our clinic boasts high competence. We have an ophthalmology specialist, a veterinarian with advanced training in dermatology, a highly skilled dental veterinarian, and a veterinarian with extensive experience and training in ultrasound. Furthermore, we perform most types of day-surgery.

We are primarily looking for an experienced colleague with a focus on surgery and dental operations. However, for the right person, for example if you have connections to Blekinge, less experience is also of interest! If you are looking for a job with us, you have excellent opportunities to develop through knowledge exchange at the workplace. If you are a recent graduate, you will receive solid and broad training. Additionally, we ensure that our staff attends regular continuing education!

Depending on who you are and what you are passionate about, there is an opportunity to adapt the position, for example towards surgery, dental operations, or more medical diagnostics.

We are located in newly renovated premises, designed according to our wishes for good workspaces and with a layout that ensures a smooth workflow. The clinic is fully equipped with an Idexx lab, direct digital X-ray, operating room, dental X-ray, inpatient wards for day care, and ultrasound.

The two veterinarians behind the clinic have for many years run a successful small animal clinic in Ronneby. For the past two years, we have also been running Karlshamn Small Animal Clinic. The clinics have a close collaboration; we often refer patients between the clinics, and you are welcome to split your position between the two workplaces.
