About the Pharmacist Role at Hjärtat

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work with a variety of tasks including counseling and sales within prescription and self-care. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, engagement, and experience to improve our customers' health and the pharmacy's success.

Why you should work with us – the Regional Manager tells you

At our single-pharmacist location in Bjurholm, you are offered a varied job where days include everything from inventory management, quality work, warehouse tasks, and much more. However, the focus is always on our customers who need help with both prescriptions and self-care. The pharmacy is located in beautiful Bjurholm, where customers appreciate the service and are frequent visitors.

The Pharmacy Manager is also the manager in Nordmaling and operates from there, but close collaboration exists with the manager even though they are not on-site in Bjurholm every day.

Currently, the LMA (Local Management Assistant) and Inventory Manager are based at another pharmacy but are continuously present in Bjurholm. How this will be handled in the future will be resolved based on the situation and interest.

The position is permanent, full-time, or according to agreement.

The pharmacy is open on weekdays from 09:30 to 17:00, with a lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist (receptarie) or chief pharmacist (apotekare). You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in customer meetings and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and across the region/entire Apotek Hjärtat.
• You take responsibility for handling the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed.
• You contribute with a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life.
