We are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who wants to strengthen our clients' IT environments through stable operations, smart automation, and modern working methods. We are looking for someone with deep technical expertise in both Linux and Windows, but who also understands the value of communication, collaboration, and a proactive approach.

In this role, you will work on the operation, development, and improvement of business-critical environments where availability, security, and efficiency are paramount. You will be involved in everything from CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code to migrations, troubleshooting, monitoring, and platform improvements in both on-premises and cloud environments.

About the role:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will among other things:

• Manage and further develop Linux and Windows-based server environments
• Automate installation, configuration, and operations using modern DevOps tools
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Work with Infrastructure as Code in complex environments
• Participate in migrations from legacy environments to modern platforms and cloud solutions
• Ensure stability, security, and performance in business-critical systems
• Work closely with both technical teams and the business to find sustainable solutions
• Contribute to improvements in monitoring, logging, and incident management

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or system operations
• Very good competence in Linux and Windows Server
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, and scripting
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Git, Jenkins, or similar tools
• Worked with Azure, VMware, or other modern platforms
• Good understanding of networking, security, certificates, and server operations
• Experience with migrations, upgrades, and change management in large environments
• Ability to troubleshoot broadly, structurally, and with a solution-oriented mindset
• A communicative and self-driven personality with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders

Merits:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Experience from regulated industries, such as finance or the public sector
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, or CA servers
• Accustomed to working in hybrid environments with both on-premises and cloud
