About the role
As a Process Developer with us, you will work to develop and optimize our extrusion processes – one of our most important manufacturing methods. You will be involved from idea to finished product and play a decisive role in ensuring quality, stability, and efficient production.
You will become an important link between production and product development, where you turn ideas into functional and sustainable processes. The role is both practical and analytical – you work closely with production, test, improve, and drive change.

This is what you will do

• Develop and optimize plastic extrusion processes
• Work hands-on in production to understand and improve processes
• Participate in development projects and contribute process expertise
• Plan, conduct, and analyze tests related to materials and processes
• Support production in troubleshooting and improvement work
• Contribute to the industrialization of new products

Your background

• Post-secondary education in e.g., polymer, mechanical, or chemical engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience of, or interest in, production technical work
• Basic knowledge of experimental design is an asset
• Good skills in Swedish and English

Extra plus if you have:

• Experience with plastic extrusion or polymeric materials
• Background from the manufacturing industry
• Experience with process optimization or improvement work
• Knowledge of Monitor G5 and M365
