We are seeking a leisure-time educator (fritidspedagog) for a temporary position covering parental leave. This role is ideal for someone with a degree in leisure-time education or another pedagogical background, with experience working in after-school care.

We are looking for someone who works independently and values collaboration with colleagues to create the best possible conditions for students' development.

Previous experience working in after-school care and with students in primary school is considered an asset and will be used as a basis for selection.

Responsibilities

The position includes work as a resource educator during school hours as well as duties in the after-school program, involving planning, implementation, and follow-up of leisure activities. You will work on students' social development, create meaningful activities, and collaborate with teachers, other colleagues, and external organizations.

Qualifications

Experience working in after-school care is an asset.

A degree in leisure-time education or another pedagogical qualification is an asset.

Good knowledge of the national curriculum and school regulations is required.
