Job Description:

In the role of Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for a customer area, act as a problem solver, and further develop the already implemented work within quality assurance. You will be part of a tightly knit team with experienced and supportive colleagues.

As a Quality Engineer, you will become a key player working closely with other internal departments and process managers. Together, you will drive continuous improvements and compliance processes.

Examples of tasks:

• Motivate, document, and implement changes in internal systems according to current operational routines
• Develop quality plans that meet requirements from ESA and other space customers
• Review quality assurance documents related to space projects
• Participate in internal audits with a focus on space operations
• Conduct drawing reviews to verify compliance with relevant requirements and standards

This assignment requires you to undergo a security interview and be approved according to current regulations. The assignment also entails requirements regarding specific citizenship.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with an engineering education in mechanical engineering, mechanics, product development, or similar, or equivalent competence through professional experience.

To succeed in the role of Quality Engineer, we believe you have a few years of experience working in a process-driven organization and have good knowledge of Office programs.

We primarily look at your personality and believe you are a structured person with good analytical skills. You are a problem solver who likes to think outside the box and is not afraid to take your own initiatives. You work equally well independently and in a group, and you have the ability to deliver results on time.

You speak Swedish and English fluently, both orally and in writing.
