About the position

As a Finance Specialist with us, you will work broadly within the company's finance function, with tasks ranging from ongoing accounting to reporting and support in closing processes. The role involves close collaboration with other functions and requires structure and initiative.

Responsibilities include:

• Ongoing accounting.

• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.

• Backup support for accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Participation in monthly closing.

• Reconciliation and declaration of VAT.

• Supporting researchers with project reporting.

• Administrative tasks related to business support and internal routines.

• Administrative support and member management for the member organization.

About you

We are looking for a finance professional who is also willing to handle administrative tasks. You want to take responsibility, contribute your expertise, and be involved in developing our working methods and processes within financial management. At HS Konsult AB, you will have a central role in our Business Support unit and the opportunity to make a real difference.

As a person, you are structured and meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility. You work independently and have the ability to plan and prioritize your work effectively. You are accustomed to creating order, maintaining processes, and driving work forward with quality and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in finance with a focus on accounting.

• Several years of experience as a finance specialist.

• Good knowledge of accounting.

• Good knowledge of Excel.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Fortnox is an asset.
