We are currently looking for a responsible and structured barista, preferably with a few years of experience in the industry, to join our team at Kulturbageriet!

Kulturbageriet is a café and artisan bakery with a passion for organic and small-scale production. We use exclusively natural ingredients, primarily KRAV-certified from Swedish farms. The food we prepare includes salads, soups, sourdough pizzas, and more, but all dishes have a distinct green profile where ingredients and flavors speak for themselves. All breads and baked goods are made with sourdough or levain as a base and are allowed to ferment slowly before being baked in our large stone oven.

We work together in a small team at Kulturbageriet. Here, we want and need to help each other, work across boundaries, and find solutions together to deliver world-class quality and hospitality.

We are looking for someone who is skilled at taking initiative, is curious, and eager to learn and be challenged in their role.

The position is a permanent role at 75% with a six-month probation period.

Working hours vary and include weekends and evenings.
