BUP Stockholm Section Neuropsychiatry consists of "En väg in" (A Way In) and six neuropsychiatric clinics: Väst1, Väst 2, Sydost, Nordväst, Nordost, and Sydväst. With us, you will work in teams with colleagues from various professions, where collaboration and a holistic view are central. BUP Neuropsychiatry West is a workgroup with over 30 employees. The clinic's mission is to conduct assessments of neuropsychiatric disorders and offer pharmacological treatment for ADHD. Doctors, psychologists, nurses, and medical secretaries collaborate to provide our patients with accessible, effective, and patient-focused care. Job Description

Your tasks include conducting neuropsychiatric assessments of children and adolescents according to national guidelines and BUP Stockholm's process maps. You will collaborate with doctors, write reports, and provide feedback to families and schools. You will serve as support for colleagues in case assessments from your profession as a psychologist. Collaboration with neighboring healthcare providers and partners within and outside the organization is also part of your duties. You are offered supervision together with other psychologists. Through feedback and ideas, you can make a significant difference.

Opportunity for remote work with digitally delivered care, if the operations allow, corresponding to approximately one to two days per week.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed psychologist with experience in neuropsychiatric assessments. Relevant specialist education and experience in child and adolescent psychiatry are considered an asset.

Personal Attributes

As a person, you are self-driven, meticulous, and work systematically and structured to complete assessments. You are flexible in contact with patients and guardians. You have excellent collaboration skills and good judgment. An interest in the digitalization of healthcare processes is an advantage. We place great importance on personal suitability.

About Us

BUP Neuropsychiatry is part of BUP Stockholm. Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Stockholm (BUP) offers specialized psychiatric care for children and adolescents under 18 years of age within Stockholm County. We are part of Stockholm County's Healthcare Area (SLSO), a healthcare provider within Region Stockholm. Together, we are over 1,200 employees within BUP who meet over 22,000 children, adolescents, and their families every year.

The position is filled subject to the condition that it is not required for internal reassignment according to current regulations.

For patient-facing work within Stockholm County's Healthcare Area:

• Registry checks are applied before a decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching instructions.
• Employees with patient contact must undergo a new employment examination via occupational health services before employment.
• In addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
