We are currently looking for an additional licensed occupational therapist to join our wonderful team at Tyresö Rehab. We are seeking someone who wants to work in primary care and contribute to a joyful work environment.

Job Responsibilities

As an occupational therapist with us, you play a vital role in patient care to ensure safe and high-quality treatment. Your duties include home visits, both individually and in teams, as well as clinic-based work. The clinic work can be tailored to your interests (e.g., working with hand patients, patients needing to improve their activity structure and daily balance, and activity performance assessments). We work interprofessionally within the unit and collaborate with Tyresö General Practice as well as other healthcare providers and actors in the local area.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist, preferably with experience in primary care rehabilitation, who is passionate about helping patients manage their daily lives as independently as possible. You have a holistic view and are attentive to what is important for each individual patient. A professional approach and positive attitude towards both patients and colleagues are a given for you.

You thrive in a dynamic environment at a clinic where you can help develop the operations together with the rest of the team. There are opportunities to specialize in one or several areas of interest.

You identify with the company's core values: Empathetic, Engaged, and Competent. You have excellent collaboration skills and are accustomed to a fast pace, taking your own initiatives, and taking responsibility for your work, patients, partners, and operations. You are good at prioritizing and organizing your work and can quickly adapt to new conditions. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Experience working in Take Care is a plus.

The Clinic

Tyresö is located just outside Stockholm with excellent transport links, approx. 15 minutes by bus from Gullmarsplan. Tyresö Rehab is approx. 5 minutes' walk from Tyresö Center. The unit consists of occupational therapists, dietitians, physiotherapists, specialist physiotherapists, and a chiropractor, totaling approx. 20 employees. The operations are co-located with Tyresö General Practice. We offer individual clinic visits, a varied range of group activities, as well as home visits/home rehab. We work with shockwave therapy and laser, among other things. We have training facilities including a separate yoga-adapted training room and access to a temperature-controlled rehab pool.
