Welcome to Bollmora Health Centre, located in the heart of Tyresö centre, approximately 20 minutes by bus from Gullmarsplan. We are currently looking to strengthen our psychosocial team!
About us:
Our psychosocial team currently consists of two psychologists with expertise in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and PDT (Psychodynamic Therapy). Both currently work 40%, and we need to expand the team. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a well-functioning, engaged team that works both to provide our patients with good and accessible care and to create a workplace where we employees feel well and believe we are doing a good job.
Description of the workplace:
The psychosocial team works closely with other professional groups at the health centre, as well as our well-functioning rehabilitation unit located in the same building, which includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and chiropractors. We have a well-regarded child health care centre (BVC) and a strong home care team. The health centre has approximately 11,500 registered patients.
We actively work towards our vision of offering good care throughout life, being a place employees look forward to coming to, and being a place for development and learning. With us, you get flexible working hours that allow you to manage your own schedule within a given timeframe. We offer a generous health and fitness allowance and weekly wellness activities if work permits. Free healthcare, collective pension agreements, insurance, and extra compensation during parental leave or illness are other benefits we can offer you.
Job responsibilities:
The primary care mandate includes the assessment and treatment of mild to moderate mental health issues within the framework of first-line psychiatry. This involves assessing and treating the patients we see at the clinic. We also have the opportunity to work preventively and promote health. We collaborate within the psychosocial team to ensure we feel confident that we are providing our patients with good care. We also have regular external supervision.
Since we strive for high accessibility for our patients, the focus will primarily be on early assessment (the goal is within three days) and shorter interventions. Afterwards, the patient should always have the opportunity to quickly book a new appointment if needed.
As you will meet a broad spectrum of patients, we appreciate flexibility regarding different methods and approaches. The work is largely individual. We also have group activities, which currently include a mindfulness group, a sleep group, and a group for the elderly.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for a licensed psychologist.
- Experience with IBH/FACT (Individual-based Health/Family and Community Treatment) and clinical work in primary care is an asset.
Personal qualities:
We are looking for someone who is engaged in their work, has a good ability to collaborate while working independently and taking initiative. You should want to provide patients and colleagues with a good reception and be driven to develop in your professional practice. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
Employment type:
Permanent employment, Full-time - 40 hours/week. Other employment levels can be discussed. A probationary period may apply.
Start date according to agreement.
Other information:
We will review applications on an ongoing basis and may invite candidates for interviews before the final application deadline.
Warmly welcome with your application!
The position is subject to the condition that it is not needed for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.
