Do you want to work both at a clinic and in home healthcare?

We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to work closely with patients – both at the clinic and in home healthcare. You will get a varied role where you meet patients of all ages and contribute to safe and accessible care.

We offer

Hallonbergen Health Center is a growing clinic with approximately 7,200 registered patients. We are a warm and driven team, and you will become part of a group with nurses, doctors, psychologists, and rehabilitation coordinators. The clinic is located in newly renovated premises close to both the subway and bus stops.

Job Responsibilities

You will work with common tasks for a clinic nurse:

  • Independent consultation
  • Telephone advice and assessment
  • Triage and follow-up

In home healthcare, you will make planned and unplanned home visits, provide nursing care and follow-up at home, and collaborate with relatives and other healthcare and social care actors. The work requires broad competence and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed nurse
  • Experience as a nurse
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Experience in primary care and/or home healthcare, as well as working with patients with multiple chronic diseases, is an asset. You need to be computer literate.

Employment Type:

Permanent employment. Full-time 100%. A probationary period may apply. Start date according to agreement.

You enjoy varied tasks and are comfortable working independently and making your own decisions. You have good teamwork skills, take initiative, and enjoy working in a team. You are interested in the development of primary care. We place great importance on personal suitability.

The position is filled subject to the condition that it is not required for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.

For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Healthcare Area:

  • A background check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's general instructions for background checks at employment.
  • Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to current directives, which takes place through the occupational health service before employment.
  • In addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
