Do you want to work in a tight-knit team where the patient's best interests are at the center? Do you want the security of having colleagues around you but also appreciate working independently? Then this job might be for you! We are looking for a nurse (basic or specialized education) for ASIH Lidingö.
About us ASIH Lidingö is a highly competent team providing advanced home healthcare. We have short decision-making paths, close collaboration between all professions, and staff who thrive. Our office is centrally located on Lidingö, near the town center. Free parking is available close to the premises, and it is easy to reach the workplace by public transport or bicycle.
We care for patients in their own homes. The patients require medical interventions that would otherwise have to be provided in inpatient care. Our goal is to create conditions for the best possible quality of life, regardless of where the patient is cared for. This includes providing the best possible symptom control and relief based on the patient's own wishes and through high availability 24/7.
The Role As a nurse within ASIH, you will have the opportunity to provide personal and high-quality care to patients. No two days are alike, and the variation in work and meeting different people is very rewarding. Through our multiprofessional team, we aim to create the best possible conditions for safe, secure, and good home care. We strive for high continuity. Everyone in the team works closely together to meet the patients' needs in the best possible way.
With us, you will find great security in competent and helpful colleagues, while also having great freedom to plan your own work. Here you get the chance to take care of one patient at a time and enjoy natural breaks in the car.
Tasks include advanced medical interventions such as management of SVP, CVK, and Piccline, blood sampling, medication administration, transfusions, and symptom relief.
Our Offer As an employee at Aleris, you have access to a range of benefits that support you both in your professional and private life. We strive to create the best possible conditions for you to thrive and develop. Read more about our benefits here.
