We are currently seeking an engaged licensed physiotherapist for a shared assignment within home rehabilitation and as a lymph therapist, or alternatively home rehabilitation and rehabilitation coordinator.

Rehab Northwest offers primary care rehabilitation in the municipalities of Solna, Sundbyberg, Märsta–Sigtuna, Järfälla, and Upplands Bro. At our four clinics, we have approximately 130 employees consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, speech therapists, counselors, chiropractors, nursing assistants, and receptionists.

Solna Sundbyberg Rehab is located in pleasant premises close to commuter trains, the subway, and buses. Our main mission is home rehabilitation in connection with inpatient care, as well as facilitating staying at home, and other occurring tasks in primary care with clinic work including pool rehabilitation in our own pool.

Job Description:

You will primarily work within home rehabilitation. Patient visits are carried out both in teams with occupational therapists and individually. Patient visits are usually conducted in the patient's home.

The work requires broad competence, independence, and good collaboration skills.

Part of the work, depending on competence, will be as a lymph therapist at our clinic or as a rehabilitation coordinator at a health center.

Daily work includes collaboration with other professional categories within the unit and with neighboring healthcare providers.

Supervision of students is part of the assignment. Documentation is done in TakeCare.

Requirements:

• You are a licensed physiotherapist with eligibility to practice within Swedish healthcare

Merits:

• Experience of working in Swedish healthcare, preferably within home rehabilitation and primary care rehabilitation, is an asset
• In addition to the above, it is an asset if you are trained as a lymph therapist or rehabilitation coordinator
• Good computer skills and experience of the journal system TakeCare are assets
• A B-class driver's license is a requirement

Employment Type:

Permanent employment. Full-time 100% (40 hours/week). Probationary period may apply. Working hours Monday-Friday. Start date according to agreement.

Since we sometimes work in the patient's home, you must be able to stay in environments with pets/fur animals and not be sensitive to smoke odor.

• A background check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching instruction for background checks upon employment.
• Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to current directives, which takes place through the occupational health service before employment.
• Requires, in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The same requirement is guiding regarding non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
