Our wonderful colleague has resigned to pursue full-time studies. We are now seeking a dedicated replacement/nurse who wants to join our fantastic team and continue contributing to patient care at Aleris ASIH Södertälje. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes personal responsibility, and can collaborate effectively within our multidisciplinary team.

Our ASIH unit is located in Södertälje city center, right next to the commuter train and bus station. You can easily reach us by both bus and train.

About Us
At Aleris ASIH, we work in multidisciplinary teams with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, counselors, assistant nurses, and physiotherapists to provide our patients with the best possible care. We operate from several geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris ASIH is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes two specialized palliative care wards, Basic Home Care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Primary Care Emergency.

Our organization has extensive experience in providing ASIH (Advanced Specialized Intensive Home Care). Today, we have nine different ASIH teams in the southern part of Stockholm County. We possess high competence and a well-established way of working, and we run a well-functioning inpatient palliative care ward with 24 beds located at Handen Hospital. Within ASIH, we care for severely ill patients who are treated in their own homes and require advanced medical interventions that are otherwise provided in inpatient care. Our goal is to create conditions for the best possible quality of life, regardless of where the patient is treated. This includes providing the best possible symptom control and relief based on the patient's own wishes and through high availability 24/7.

Everyone in our multidisciplinary team collaborates closely to meet patients' needs in the best possible way. We work in a person-centered manner, supported by the '6 S' approach. We also actively work on implementing digitalization in healthcare, such as video consultations, messaging, and reception services for the unit.

In the ASIH Södertälje team, the atmosphere is open and supportive. We support each other in our daily work. Humility and kindness are important to us. ASIH Södertälje has centrally located offices with proximity to public transport, gyms, shops, and restaurants. The tasks as a nurse are varied and challenging, contributing to continuous development. You will work with digital tools, and we always operate from a person-centered approach. You have significant personal responsibility but always have backup from the team.

About You
As a person: We are looking for someone who values providing good nursing care, a personal approach, and who maintains high quality in patient work through professionalism. As a nurse, you are used to working independently and adapt easily to various situations. We seek someone who wants to engage in the development of the operation and, in collaboration with colleagues, promote modern and efficient care. You should be interested in working with digital tools as aids, from video meetings to transcription tools.

Background: You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist competence. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in palliative care and specialized home care. Previous experience working within ASIH and/or oncological care, preferably hematology, as well as other relevant experiences, are assets for the position. Experience with prescribing is preferred.

Other Requirements:
• Are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in ASIH or oncological care, preferably hematology. Minimum of five years of experience as a nurse.
• Are communicative and thrive in larger contexts/outgoing.
• Are attentive, empathetic, and present with integrity and high loyalty.
• Have a positive attitude, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and have a good ability to prioritize and structure your work.
• Are flexible and open to new challenges, interested in development, think creatively, and find new solutions.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Hold a B driver's license, which is a requirement.

Employment Conditions
Employment type: Permanent employment, starting with a 6-month probation period.
Scope: Full-time, days, evenings, and weekends.
Start date: By agreement.
Salary: Individual salary setting.
Collective agreement applies.
