Description of the operations
Haninge Municipality operates five care and nursing homes directly: Hagagården, Vallagården, Ros-Anders gård, Malmgården, and Terrassen. The facilities have varying focuses, including somatic care, dementia care, and short-term accommodation, comprising a total of 245 care beds.
The work within the department is characterized by modern working methods, high competence, and the use of the latest welfare technology. We work with the individual in focus – the elderly should thrive with us and experience that their individual needs are met in an environment characterized by community, security, and warmth.
All facilities have close collaboration and a common platform with overarching routines and working methods. Staffing is coordinated continuously between the facilities based on current resources and needs.
Welcome to develop with us!
