We are currently seeking a Dietitian for a permanent position at our clinic in Bromma.

The clinic is located in Alvik, just a 3-minute walk from both the subway and tram stations. With us, you have the opportunity to work in clinic-based care, home rehabilitation, and partially remotely from home when the operations allow.

At Bromma Rehab, we work with dietitians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and receptionists, forming a well-sized group of 20 people.
Rehab Västra is an independent business unit within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area (SLSO), tasked with providing primary care rehabilitation (basic mandate) and an additional mandate for neuroteams in outpatient care. Our clinics are located in Bromma, Ekerö, Kista, and Spånga. Together, we are approximately 70 employees, including 8 dietitians. Responsibilities:
As a dietitian in primary care rehabilitation, you will meet patients of all ages and work with patients suffering from lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, as well as gastrointestinal diseases, malnutrition, or allergies/intolerances. The work involves assessment, treatment, and counseling both at the clinic and during home visits. You will prescribe and order nutritional products and special foods.
The work requires good collaboration skills as you will sometimes work in teams with other professional categories at the clinic and cooperate with relatives, home care services, and other healthcare providers regarding your patients. The work also includes group treatment for various diagnostic groups and mentoring of students.
Employment Type:
Permanent employment in Bromma with a start date to be agreed upon. Full-time 100%, 40 hours/week; part-time can be discussed. A probationary period may apply.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Dietitian
- Experience in primary care is an asset, as is a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or other further education
- Class B driver's license.

When working in a patient's home, you must be able to tolerate environments with pets/fur animals and not be sensitive to the smell of smoke.

The position is filled subject to the condition that it is not required for internal relocation, according to current regulations.
For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Healthcare Area:
- A registry check is applied before the employment decision according to SLSO's overarching instructions for registry checks upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination according to current directives, which is done through the occupational health service before employment.
- In addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
